Revelation 12:7-9

[7] And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels, [8] And prevailed not; neither was their place found any more in heaven. [9] And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.

Joel 3:9-10

[9]  Proclaim ye this among the Gentiles; Prepare war, wake up the mighty men, let all the men of war draw near; let them come up: [10] Beat your plowshares into swords, and your pruninghooks into spears: let the weak say, I am strong.

Isaiah 59:19

[19] So shall they fear the name of the LORD from the west, and his glory from the rising of the sun. When the enemy shall come in like a flood, the Spirit of the LORD shall lift up a standard against him.

[10] Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might. [11] Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.

62-0311 – The Greatest Battle Ever Fought

[60] And so a army, first, in getting ready for a battle, first there’s got to be a select, some soldiers. They’ve got to be dressed for fighting. They’ve got to be trained for fighting. [61] And I believe that the greatest battle that was ever fought, is now ready to go in action. I believe that God has been selecting His soldiers. I believe He’s been dressing them, training them. And the battle front is now set, getting ready to start. [62] This great, first battle that was ever fought, begin in Heaven, when Michael and His Angels fought against Lucifer and his angels. It first started, the first battle was in Heaven. So, sin did not originate on earth, it originated in Heaven. [63] And then it was thrown down from Heaven, cast out of Heaven, to the earth, and fell on human beings. Then the battle, from angels, become human battles. And Satan come to destroy God’s creation, what God had created to be for Hisself. He had, Satan, come to destroy this. That’s what his purpose was, was to destroy it. Then the battle begin here on earth, and begin in us, and has been raging ever since.

60-1218 – The Uncertain Sound

[192] There’s only one certain Sound. That’s the Gospel. Prepare for the battle. What battle? The Coming of the Lord. Prepare yourself for battle now against evil, when evil is besetting the people on every hand. Everything going wrong, and home life going wrong, and UN falling, and the nations breaking, and atomic bombs around, and homes splitting up, and motherhood and it going low, and immorals among the people, and—and distrust amongst one another, all
denominations fussing and stewing, what you want to do? Be certain. Prepare yourself for the battle.

62-0311 – The Greatest Battle Ever Fought

[150] The greatest battle ever fought, she is going on right in here now, yes, sir, between life and death, between sickness and health, between faith and doubt, oh, my, between liberty and bondage. The battle is on! Shine your spears, soldiers. Polish up the armor. God is getting His soldiers ready. Amen. God anoints His army. [151] America dresses their soldiers in the best that they can have to dress with: steel helmets, and armors, and whatever they got, armored tanks, whatever they go in. [152] God dresses His army. Hallelujah! What kind of equipment do we use? The Spirit of the Sword, the Word of God! Amen! “The Word of God is sharper than a two-edged sword,” Hebrews 4, “piercing even to the asunder the bone, even the—the marrow of the bone, even a Discerner of the thoughts of the mind.” The Word of God! To believe His Word, and that’s the way God armors.

62-0701 – To Take On The Whole Armor Of God

[171] In His army, He presents His army in the form of five offices, first, apostles, prophets, teachers, pastors, evangelists. That’s His army, that’s His soldiers, that’s His commanding officers, all with the baptism of the Holy Ghost, waiting out there to meet the enemy on any grounds he comes upon, to meet the enemy with the Word of God. Amen. Each one backing one another up, with Him, the Chief Captain, not out there in front, up here above, back behind, but in them. Amen. That’s the army. Vindicating. Vindicating what? His resurrection, by the proof of His works.
